Information Guidelines

I will answer chat, e-mail and telephone questions that require limited research, such as confirming a date, looking up a phone number or finding articles on a specific topic. E-mail messages should be submitted using the form below, and are checked once a day. I attempt to respond to questions within 48 hours. When you click the call me link its a little unusual. What you do is enter your own phone number and click call. It will ring your phone, when you pickup you will hear ringing, that is because it is calling my phone so wait on the line. It will ask you to state your name, very simple. DO NOT leave a message at this point, just say your name. Then I should answer, if not you will get a chance to leave a message.
